During a political climate that continues to vilify immigrants and refugees, California has stood apart by championing immigrants' rights.
AB 3133 codifies California's commitment to resettling refugees as part of the United States Reception and Placement program,
which specifically prohibits the discrimination of refugees anyways in the state of California on the basis of "race, religion, ethnicity, creed or sexual orientation."
On May 27, AB 3133 will be heard in front of the Judiciary Committee.
We need you to urge the Committee to Vote YES on AB 3133 to continue the fight.
